For private clinics

Fill your consultation diary with the right patients

Patients choosing a private clinic compare reviews, practitioner credentials and results long before they book. Many enquire with several clinics at once and book with whoever replies first and sounds most reassuring. We build the pages, ads and follow-up that help you be that clinic, within the rules that apply to healthcare advertising.

A new patient can often be worth £1,000 to £5,000 or more over time, and considerably more for implants, orthodontics or surgery.

What your customers search for

  • “lip filler near me”
  • “dental implants cost london”
  • “invisalign near me”
  • “private gp appointment today”
  • “sports physio near me”
  • “rhinoplasty consultation london”

Why it's hard to win customers online

Tight limits on what you can advertise

Botox and other prescription-only medicines cannot be promoted to the public, and claims about results are closely scrutinised. Many clinics either break the rules without realising or write ads so cautious they say nothing.

Trust decides the booking

Patients want to know who will treat them, what qualifications they hold and what happens if something goes wrong. Websites built on stock photos lose patients to clinics that show their real practitioners.

Consultations that never turn into treatment

Free or low-cost consultations attract browsers. Without a clear process to qualify and follow up, practitioner time goes on people who were never going to go ahead.

Advertising rules we work within

Prescription-only medicines such as botulinum toxin cannot be advertised to the public in the UK, so campaigns promote consultations and the clinic rather than the medicine. The CAP Code also requires evidence for efficacy claims, care with before-and-after images, and that ads for cosmetic interventions are not directed at under-18s, while Google and Meta restrict many healthcare ads. We build campaigns to respect these rules, and clinical claims stay subject to your sign-off.

How we help private clinics

Web design

Clinic websites that build trust before the first appointment

Patients read your website the way they would read a practitioner's CV. We build clinic sites with treatment pages, practitioner profiles, pricing guidance and online booking, written so the language stays within advertising rules.

Google Ads management

Google Ads for clinics, built within healthcare ad rules

Patients searching for dental implants or a private physio near them are ready to book. The challenge is reaching them without breaching Google's healthcare policies or the CAP Code. We structure campaigns by treatment and location and send each click to a page about that treatment. Ad spend is paid directly to Google.

Facebook and Instagram advertising

Instagram and Facebook ads that bring in consultation bookings

Aesthetic and cosmetic treatments are discovered on Instagram as much as on Google. We run Meta campaigns that show your practitioners, your clinic and the patient experience to adults in your catchment, with lead forms that feed straight into follow-up.

AI lead follow-up

Reply to every patient within minutes, with the right handover

A patient who enquires at three clinics on a Sunday evening tends to book with the first one that replies properly. Our AI answers in minutes, explains your consultation process, takes the details your team needs and books the appointment. Clinical questions, medical history and anything sensitive are handed to a member of your team, never answered by the AI.

Questions

Can you advertise our Botox treatments?

Not directly. Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, so it cannot be promoted to the public in the UK. We advertise consultations, your practitioners and your clinic instead, and avoid wording the ASA has treated as an indirect reference to the medicine.

How is patient data handled by the AI?

We set it up to collect only what is needed to arrange a consultation and to pass anything clinical to your team. We document what is collected and where it is stored, so you can check it against your own data protection obligations before it goes live.

We are a dental practice. Is the approach different from aesthetics?

Yes. Dentists have their own GDC guidance on advertising, and treatments such as implants and Invisalign have long decision times and high values. We plan campaigns around those treatments rather than routine check-ups.

What does it cost?

AI follow-up on its own starts at £249 a month plus a £495 setup fee. Our Growth plan, covering Google and Meta ads, landing pages and AI follow-up, is £995 a month plus ad spend, which you pay directly to Google and Meta. Websites are quoted per project.
